The hotel had some positives like being above the pool and ready upon our arrival but lacked soundproofing as advertised and had a not very appealing smell. Despite these issues, the service provided by the hotel staff was genuinely polite and professional, making me consider returning in the future. The location worked great for us, offering easy access to restaurants and shopping options. The dining experience was very good, with a variety of choices, but was limited by time. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but the friendly service and convenience of the location made it worthwhile.
